One wine, two varieties. Grüner Veltliner is a historic german tradition for Hustopeče and Sauvignon Blanc that defines me. Selection of Veltliners and Sauvignons from clay soils of Hustopeče city in the one bottle.
Most of them are single vineyards. Reflecting the soil and area where it comes from. This is how wines from the line of SOUL could be described. To highlight the qualities of these wines, they all mature until summer of the following year.
My favourite is Sauvignon Blanc. It is amazing how many diverse wines it can give. And Hustopeče have a huge potential for it. And why is that? The soil of the area is the main reason. In these conditions it gives a very complex aroma and body.
